Maronite Christian Formation Class:
The date of the next 1st Holy Communion is on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020, at 10 AM. Parents please ensure that our Faith continues to flourish by registering your children for these classes. Prospective 1st Holy Communicants need to attend and successfully complete these classes to be eligible to participate on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020, at 10 AM. Parents / Adults are welcomed to join the children in class. If there are enough adults, we can hold a separate class for them. Please ensure that your children take these formation classes.

Building / Emergency Fund
At this time the Church has received fifteen (15) pledges for the Building / Emergency Fund totaling $11,675.00. And the Church has seen $11,685.00 of those pledges fulfilled. You may return your pledge form into the donation basket or to Abouna Alex. The Building / Emergency Fund is aiming to collect at least $50.000.00 this year.

Donations receipts - Next week, donation receipts for your end of the year for taxes will be ready to be picked up. They will be available to be picked up next Saturday and Sunday, January 4th and 5th. If you cannot pick them up by the 5th of January, they will be mailed out to the address of record. Thank you!

Christmas Recital - Thank you to everyone that had a hand in the beautiful ensemble on December 21st. The biggest complaint was that the program wasn’t long enough … we can’t wait for the next time they will visit us. Thank you for a very wonderful and enlighten experiences.

On Monday, January 6th, we will be celebrating the Glorious Feast Day of the Epiphany. This is a Holy Day of Obligation. If you would like to take home blessed water from this feast, please bring your own containers. The priest will be available to come to your homes to bless them during the Season of Epiphany.

Can’t make it to the March for Life in D.C? Let’s kick off Respect Life Month together! “Let Life Live” event to be held at Sacred Heart - St. Catherine of Sweden Parish Hall, 596 Cambridge Street, Worcester on Saturday, January 11th, 12-3:30pm. We will have music from Musicians for Life, speakers, representatives from Problem Pregnancy, Visitation House, Mass Citizens for Life, 40 Days for Life, First Concern, and many more!
